Jolt really streamlined our operations!

We were looking to get a handle on our task management and reporting, and Jolt came up in our search. The demo was really thorough, and they walked us through the pricing which was competitive, especially compared to some others like Deputy we looked at. What really sold us was how easy it was to customize the checklists and how quickly our team picked up on using the Task Management feature. We had a couple of questions after hours about integrating with our existing POS, and their customer support team was there, which was a huge plus. It's made a big difference in our daily workflow.

Date Code Labeling is a lifesaver!

anyone else using Jolt for their operations? we were looking for something to keep our kitchen running smoothly and honestly, the Date Code Labeling module has been fantastic. like, super easy to set up and use on our existing iPads. i know they mostly do direct sales and you gotta get a quote, but the demo explained everything and they offered a pretty good deal compared to what we were looking at with 7shifts. the support team was also really responsive when we had a question about integrating it with some older hardware. definitely worth checking out.

Jolt Shift Notes were easy

Compared to Deputy, Jolt set up took about 30 minutes for Shift Notes.

Jolt is a solid choice for time tracking, but support could be faster

Coming from a less robust system, Jolt's logbooks and time & attendance features are a significant upgrade. The customization is pretty good, and our team picked it up quickly. My only small nitpick is that sometimes getting a hold of support takes a bit longer than I'd like, especially for urgent questions during peak hours.

Got a great discount on Food Safety Compliance during my demo. Jolt's platform has made our team messaging so much more efficient. Setting up the Zebra ZD410 printer for labeling was straightforward too.

So excited about Jolt!

Jolt is absolutely fantastic! We started with the Digital Checklists and it's changed everything for our bakery. The Communication Manager is also a huge win, keeping everyone on the same page. I'm telling all my restaurant owner friends about it, they really need to check out the Time and Attendance features too. We'll definitely be expanding our use and subscribing again next year!

Good value with annual plan

I was looking for a good deal on employee scheduling software and found Jolt. The annual billing discount made a big difference, probably saved me around 15% compared to paying monthly. The platform itself, especially the Employee Scheduling and Task Management, has been super helpful for our small cafe. It felt like a solid investment for what we got, definitely worth the price we paid.

Solid platform, minor glitches

Overall, Jolt has been a good addition to our operations. The Food Safety Compliance and Temperature Monitoring are exactly what we needed to streamline our health inspections. Delivery of the Bluetooth Thermometers took about 8 days, which was a little longer than I hoped, but they arrived well-packaged. Customer service was helpful when I had a question about setting up the Sensor Monitoring. My only minor gripe is that sometimes the app can be a bit slow to load on older tablets, which can be annoying during a busy rush. But for the value, especially with the multi-location discount we got, it's a solid choice and has improved our efficiency quite a bit.
